My Name is Ben Berman, I was born and raised in the Chicago area, and I’ve lived in Denver for the past 18 years. I’m looking forward to blogging about the new frontier in real estate that is now changing on a daily basis. I also will be posting reviews on different houses for sale that I’ve visited in Denver. Furthermore, I am inclined to comment on lending, banking, and the broader global economics which are just as absurd and driving our real estate markets here in the US.

I’m the Lead Buyer’s Agent for The Helten Home Team. I specialize in finding residential properties for home owners and investors in the greater metro area. I live in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood and work out of the tech center (DTC). Before my Real Estate career, I moved to Colorado in 1993 and graduated college from the University of Denver. I started my first dream of owning a deli in 1998. The multi-award winning, Treehouse Cafe, on University near Evans Blvd. was open from 1998-2007. I began investing in real estate and decided it was better for me to get out of the resturant biz and join the real estate industry. As an investor and developer I am able to understand and help people find homes with the most equity. This is something that I am very good at and is important for me to do for everyone who I work with. I am trustworthy and I treat my clients as I would my family and friends. I look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs and building a long term relationship.
